Questions about our construction:
Q: "What is the time span?"
A: For a patio cover, usually 1 day. For a building with a slab,4-5 days. (Not consecutively)
Q: "How much money up front?"
A: No money down. Half after slab is
poured, the other half when complete.
Q: "Does the price quote include everything?"
A: Yes, unless specified. Does NOT include:
Plumbing, Electrical,
Insulation or Gutters.
These can be added at extra cost.
Q: "Are these bolt-together?"
A: No. The framework is welded on the jobsite.
